Reservations
In order to make your reservation it is necessary that you deposit 50% of the total cost of the room the day you make the reservation, the other 50% is paid at the reception the day you enter the facilities of the hotel.

Cancellations
In case you wish to cancel the reservation, you must do so 20 days in advance to be able to give you a full refund. If the cancellation is made 15 days in advance, the hotel will keep 20% of the amount deposited. If the reservation is made 10 days in advance there will be no refunds.

Other
– By arrangement of the hotel management and better rest for all our guests, it is allowed to be in the corridors and common areas until 11:00 p.m. Likewise, the hotel doors will be closed at 12:00 am and will not open until 7:00 am, which is why it is necessary that you return to the facilities before the mentioned time, since otherwise entry won't be allowed.

– The room must be left the day after entry no later than 12:00 pm, after 20 minutes of that time, 50% of the cost of the room will be charged. An amount of $500 MXN must be left as insurance in case any object is damaged or the room is not delivered on time, if none of these cases occurs the money will be returned when the room is delivered.

– You have the right to park one car per room, which ranges from the time you enter the room until the next day at 12:00 pm. To validate your right to parking, you must deliver the card provided at the reception to the owner of the parking lot. Parking hours are from 7:00 am to 10:00 pm, and as in the hotel facilities, entry will not be allowed after that time. The hotel is not responsible for damages caused to your vehicle or lost items.

– Pets are not allowed in the hotel facilities.

Notice of Privacy

Nueve Agaves Hotel with address at Francisco Javier Sauza Mora No. 21, Col. La Villa in Tequila Jalisco, is responsible for obtaining and using your personal data, the use that is given to them as well as their protection.

In attention to those indicated in articles 8, 15, 16 and 36 of the FEDERAL LAW ON THE PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA IN POSSESSION OF INDIVIDUALS (LFPDPPP).

The objective

Security and protection of your personal data
The purpose of Nueve Agaves Hotel is that the personal data and / or sensitive data, that where appropriate are collected by virtue of this Privacy Notice, can be used for the proper operation and purposes of the hotel and the government authorities that require it; The foregoing in order that they can be used for administrative, marketing, sales, statistical and other purposes that may be of interest and / or for the benefit of the Holder. Exceptions to Article 37:
1. When the transfer is provided for in a Law or Treaty to which Mexico is a part.
2. When the transfer is necessary for the prevention or medical diagnosis, the provision of health care, medical treatment or the management of health services.
3. When the transfer is made to holding companies, subsidiaries or affiliates under the common control of the person in charge, or to a parent company or to any company of the same group of the person in charge that operates under the same internal processes and policies.
4. When the transfer is necessary by virtue of a contract entered into or to be entered into in the interest of the owner, the person responsible and a third part.
5. When the transfer is necessary or legally required for the safeguarding of a public interest, or for the procurement or administration of justice.
6. When the transfer is necessary for the recognition, exercise or defense of a right in a judicial process.
7. When the transfer is necessary for the maintenance or fulfillment of a legal relationship between the controller and the owner.

For the exceptions provided for in article 37 of the Federal Data Protection Law, if you do not express your opposition for your personal data to be transferred, it will be understood that you have given your consent to do so.

Express indication of sensitive personal data.
In Nueve Agaves Hotel, in addition to the personal data mentioned above, for the purposes reported in this privacy notice we will use the following personal data considered sensitive: present and future health status, religious, philosophical and moral beliefs, union membership. We inform you that the purpose of the treatment of the aforementioned sensitive personal data is that Nueve Agaves Hotel complies with the obligations derived from the legal relationship that we have with the Holder. To exercise your ARCO Rights, you must submit a request (the “Arco Request”), to the Responsible, to the attention of the Privacy Officer, to the Contact Address, accompanied by the following information and documentation:
